Okay, for those of you that know me well, it will come as no surprise to you that I’m relatively ‘health-conscious.’ Yep, I’m that mom that made her poor children eat salad every. single. night. What horrible treatment they had to endure!
I’ve also been accused of neglect as evidenced by the lack of junk food in my pantry and fridge. But, my utter lack of concern for my children’s happiness hasn’t been all bad. It’s prompted my youngest daughter to learn how to make her own delish, nutrish smoothies. And my older daughter could pretty much open her own vegan restaurant now. Oh, the irony. (Maybe they won’t report me to the authorities after all..)
